Thomas Roos

Thomas Roos is a hydraulic engineer with 10 years experience in any size of hydro projects. After studying at the TU Dresden and the Bauhaus University Weimar (course Water and Environment), he is internationally active as project and planning engineer, since 2007 as Head of Department Construction Management and advises and supports Network Economy since 2011 in sustainable energy generation from hydropower in various projects.
He has worked as a project manager, among other major projects such as the expansion of the Kiel Canal, rehabilitation of dams and locks and construction of pumped storage plants.
Thomas is a member of the Technical Chamber of Thuringia and supporters of Hubert Engels Institute at the Technical University of Dresden.
