Dr. Ralf Trottnow
Managing Director of Biossence Ltd. & Network Economy Managing Partner
Ralf is a business development specialist with extensive experience in implementing business concepts and setting up companies. He has been working in the financial, telecommunications and utility sectors for over 30 years.
Ralf has been a partner of Network Economy since 1999, taking various management roles in their portfolio companies and founded Biossence in 2006. As Managing Director of Biossence Ltd, Ralf has been instrumental in gaining planning permission for Hooton Park and is now working on developing further opportunities in the UK and abroad.
Prior to joining Network Economy Ralf was Managing Director of a Telecommunications Consultancy, advising clients on business strategy and execution. Ralf has also held senior management positions at Cazenove and Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for management of technology and infrastructures and related projects.
Ralf started his career in 1975 as a management consultant (at Deloitte Haskins and Sells now part of IBM Consulting) where he conducted consultancy on company restructuring, company rescue and start up.
Ralf holds a PhD in Mathematics from Imperial College, London, UK, and a Masters degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Free University, Berlin, Germany
